The Creative Kids Zone Initiative has officially launched the TCKZone Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship Fellowship (TYEEF), a 4-week hybrid training program designed to equip young Nigerians with the skills, mindset, and tools needed to thrive in today’s digital and entrepreneurial economy.

The fellowship aims to address one of Nigeria’s most pressing challenges;  youth unemployment, by empowering participants aged 18 to 30 with practical digital, business, and leadership skills. Through a mix of interactive workshops, mentorship sessions, and hands-on projects, the program will help young people transition from job seekers to job creators.

Speaking about the program, Oluwadamilola Ojo, Executive Director of TCKZone, said:

“At TCKZone, we believe that empowering young people with employability and entrepreneurship skills is the most sustainable way to reduce unemployment and drive innovation. TYEEF program is our commitment to helping Nigerian youth gain relevant skills, connect with mentors, and build solutions that impact their communities.”

The program, which will run from October 20 to November 14, 2025, brings together 40 outstanding fellows selected from hundreds of applicants across Nigeria. Participants will undergo training in career readiness, entrepreneurship development, digital skills, and innovation, culminating in a Demo Day and Graduation Ceremony where fellows will showcase their projects and business ideas

TYEEF is supported by Atlascorps through the Virtual Leadership Institute by Cultural Vistas and other partners in the education, technology, and social impact ecosystem, with a shared goal of empowering a new generation of problem-solvers, innovators, and change leaders.
